Using the spreadsheet

01What is a Litbuy spreadsheet?

It is a collection of product links for discovering items before ordering through Litbuy. Browse a category or featured pick, then open its product page to compare the photo, reference price and editorial notes. This website is an independent guide, not the official Litbuy website. How to use a Litbuy spreadsheet

02Do I buy products on this website?

Purchases are completed outside this website. “View current options” opens the external product listing in a new tab. Check the exact item and selected option there. If you continue through Litbuy, review the order details and checkout total in your account before paying; saving a link here does not place an order.Ordering and payment steps

Sizes & product options

03How should I choose a size?

Use the size chart for the exact listing and compare it with an item that fits you well. Check whether the figures are body or garment measurements, centimetres or inches, and flat widths or full circumferences. For shoes, distinguish foot length from insole length. If the measurement method is unclear, ask before choosing rather than relying on another brand’s size label.Compare fit and measurements before ordering

04How do I make sure I select the pictured version?

Match the model name, colour, size and included pieces to the selected option, not just the main photo. A listing may show several versions together, while its lowest price may apply to a single accessory. Save the option name and a screenshot beside the product link so you can compare them with the order later.Check product options in the order form

Prices & shipping costs

05Do the prices include shipping?

The figures here are catalog reference prices. Dollar figures are approximate conversions using a reference rate of 7.2 CNY per USD. They do not include domestic or international shipping, payment or agent conversion charges, or any applicable taxes. Your checkout total may differ.Shipping costs and route selection explained

06How can I plan a more realistic total budget?

Keep the item price, delivery to the warehouse and international shipping as separate entries. Use the available shipping estimate for your destination, parcel weight and dimensions, and check which charges the estimate includes. Review the actual payment total before ordering and the parcel quote before shipping. Avoid treating the price of one item as its delivered cost.Plan product and parcel costs separately

Availability & product links

07Are these products tested or guaranteed to be in stock?

We have not personally tested these products, and a place in the selection does not confirm live stock, authenticity or performance. Photos help you compare appearance; they cannot establish long-term quality or fit. Check current availability and any specifications that matter to you on the listing before making a purchase decision.

Warehouse & QC photos

09What should I look for in warehouse QC photos?

Compare the received item with your order: quantity, colour, size label, visible condition and included accessories. If an important detail is not shown, ask whether another angle or a specific measurement can be provided and check any charge first. Photos can reveal visible differences, but cannot establish how an item fits, feels or performs over time. How to review warehouse QC photos

10What should I do if the warehouse photos show a problem?

Keep the order number, selected option and relevant photo together, then describe the exact difference to support. Ask what checks or return options are available before authorizing international shipment. Check the applicable deadline promptly; waiting to combine items into one parcel should not delay resolving a missing part, wrong size or visible damage. What to prepare for a return or refund request

Delivery & after-sales

11What should I check before choosing international shipping?

Compare the services available for your destination and the contents of your parcel. Review the quoted weight or dimensions, tracking, delivery estimate and any stated restrictions. Check that the address and contact details are complete. Treat an estimated delivery window as an estimate, and keep the parcel reference so you can follow its progress. The final checklist before submitting a parcel

12What if an item arrives damaged or does not match my order?

Keep the packaging, order record and tracking details. Take clear photos of the parcel label, packaging and affected item, then contact the seller or service handling your order with a specific description. Check the applicable support or claim deadline and keep the item unchanged while asking about the next step.
