How to use a Litbuy spreadsheet
Follow a first-time buying walkthrough from saving a product link and choosing an option to placing an order, checking arrival and preparing a parcel.
1. Choose a product and record the exact option
A spreadsheet is a starting point for finding products. The useful next step is to turn a photo you like into a record you can check. Open the full product listing and note the seller link, colour, size, quantity and what is included. Two similar photographs may represent different materials, sets or versions, so compare the selected option rather than just the main image.
Keep a short note such as “olive jacket, medium, one piece” beside the link. Save the seller’s size chart and the picture for that option. If a listing contains both a complete set and individual accessories, make sure the displayed price belongs to the version you actually want. A low price for one component is not a comparable price for the whole set.
The prices shown on this website are product references. They do not confirm current stock, acceptance by Litbuy or the cost of international delivery. Check missing information before moving the item from your shortlist into an order.
2. Compare fit and details before choosing a size
For clothing, use a similar garment you already wear as a reference. Measure it flat and compare the relevant dimensions with the seller’s chart: chest width and length for a top, or waist and inseam for trousers. Check whether a measurement describes the garment itself or a body measurement; those figures are not interchangeable.
For shoes and accessories, check the sizing system or dimensions instead of relying on how large the item looks in a photograph. A bag’s external measurements, for example, do not necessarily describe the opening or the usable compartment. Write down the particular detail you need clarified so the question is easy to answer.
These are our comparison suggestions, not a promise that a particular size will fit. Another buyer’s photos can help you notice useful details, but their purchase does not establish the fit or condition of a different listing or batch.
3. Open the original seller link in Litbuy
For the order form itself, the ordering and payment guide explains the fields and charges to review. This walkthrough keeps the focus on how your saved product information moves through the whole process.
Litbuy’s ordering tutorial describes importing product links from Taobao, Weidian and 1688 through its search field. Copy the original seller’s product URL from the full listing. A category page, spreadsheet homepage or screenshot is not a substitute for that product URL.
After the listing loads, compare its title, photos and options with your saved notes. Select the size, colour and quantity again. Do not assume that opening a link also selects the variation shown in the spreadsheet preview.
If the link does not load through search, the official tutorial describes a manual Fill & Buy form. Enter the product information accurately and ask support about any uncertain details before paying. A manually entered price or note is not confirmation that the seller has accepted the order.
4. Check eligibility and the first payment
Confirm that the item can be purchased and shipped to your destination. Litbuy publishes purchasing restrictions, including a prohibition on counterfeit goods. A product appearing in a public spreadsheet does not override those restrictions or verify its authenticity. Ask support about unclear eligibility before placing the order.
Review the checkout as a separate step. Check the selected item, quantity, domestic shipping and any other listed charges. The first purchase moves the item toward the warehouse; the later international parcel has its own shipping choices and costs. Leave room for that second stage when setting your budget.
5. Use the warehouse stage to resolve questions
Use the warehouse QC photo guide when you need to compare an arriving item with the option you saved.
After seller dispatch, watch the order status until the item has been processed and appears in the warehouse. Compare the available QC photographs with your order record. Focus on the selected colour, size label, number of pieces and visible condition, and ask a specific question when an important detail cannot be seen.
Basic inspection does not establish authenticity, long-term durability or how something will fit you. If the item differs from the order, raise the issue before international shipment. Keep the order number and the relevant photo together so support can identify the item without guesswork.
6. Plan the parcel before confirming shipment
Once the items you want are ready, review the parcel contents, delivery address, packaging and available shipping routes. Compare the final quote with your remaining budget rather than simply choosing the first route shown. Check the route’s restrictions and written tax terms for your actual destination.
Save the parcel reference and track progress in your account. A useful shortlist remains useful after purchase: it gives you a record to compare against QC photos, the packing list and the delivery. The goal is a traceable set of choices from the original link to the item you receive.
