Litbuy orders, options and payment

Check imported seller links, sizes, quantities and checkout charges, then understand what happens between payment and warehouse arrival.

1. Make sure you are ordering the right listing

Start with the original seller’s product link and compare the imported listing with the item you saved. Litbuy’s tutorial identifies Taobao, Weidian and 1688 links as part of its search-based ordering flow. Check the photos and available options after import; a familiar title alone is not enough to confirm the item.

For a listing with several products or price levels, identify what one unit includes. A choice may refer to an accessory, a single item or a set. Record the selected option in plain language before checking out. This also gives you a useful reference if the seller changes the page later.

If you cannot import a link, use the manual order process described by Litbuy rather than substituting an unrelated product URL. Include the seller link and the requested details. Ask for clarification when the price, availability or variation is uncertain; a submitted form does not itself resolve those questions.

2. Confirm size, colour and quantity together

Treat these three fields as one decision. Check that the size chart applies to the selected product, that the colour name matches the option photo, and that the quantity is the number of units you intend to receive. Review the order summary after making changes, especially if you switched between variations.

For clothing, keep the measurements you used to choose the size. For an accessory, note the required dimensions or included parts. Specific notes such as “one belt, black, selected length 100 cm” are more useful than a request to send the best option. The seller or purchasing agent cannot infer your intended fit from a general preference.

Litbuy’s tutorial describes adding requests in the order message field. Use that space for a clear question or requirement, and wait for confirmation when the answer determines whether you want the item. A note is a request, not a guarantee that a modification is available.

3. Read the complete checkout total

Separate the product amount from domestic delivery and any other charges displayed at checkout. The advertised item price is only one part of the order. Recheck the total if you change quantity, options or sellers, and note the currency in which the payment will be taken.

Keep international shipping in a separate part of your budget. The seller first sends the purchase to Litbuy’s warehouse; delivery from the warehouse to your country is a later parcel transaction. Paying for the product should not be treated as confirmation that the entire journey is already paid for.

Our budgeting suggestion is to record the item subtotal, the order total actually paid and an allowance for the later parcel. This makes it easier to see why a low-cost item may still be unsuitable for your overall budget. Any allowance is your planning figure, not a quote from Litbuy.

4. Check payment and coupon conditions on the actual screen

Choose from the payment methods available in your checkout. The official tutorial describes account balance and online payment, but it does not mean every method will be offered for every account or transaction. Review the payable amount and any payment-provider conversion information before confirming.

If a coupon appears, read what it applies to and whether the current order qualifies. A shipping discount and a product-order discount serve different stages. Do not count a promotion as savings until it has been applied to the transaction you are reviewing; availability and conditions can change.

Save the payment confirmation and order reference. If a payment appears pending or the status is unclear, check the existing order and ask support before submitting it again. That helps avoid creating a second order while trying to resolve the first.

5. Understand what the status is telling you

Submission, purchase by the agent, seller dispatch and warehouse processing are separate events. An order that has been paid for is not necessarily already on its way to the warehouse. Likewise, a seller delivery update is not the same as a completed warehouse inspection.

Follow the order record for updates and direct questions to the relevant purchase. Litbuy’s tutorial lists processing estimates for several stages, but those estimates should not be combined into a guaranteed arrival date. Focus on which step is waiting for action and whether the account shows a request from the agent. Once arrival photos appear, move to reviewing the warehouse QC photos.

6. Resolve changes before the next stage

If you notice the wrong size, quantity or address information, contact support promptly with the order number and the exact correction. Ask whether the order can still be changed or cancelled at its current stage. Do not assume a paid or already purchased item can be edited like an unpaid cart.

Special orders and deposits need extra attention. Litbuy’s disclaimer describes cancellation restrictions for deposit purchases, while its returns policy places conditions on custom and other non-returnable items. Confirm the applicable conditions before paying when your purchase falls into one of those categories.
